Brian Anson, Esq., Senior attorney of the Workers’ Compensation department at The Grigoropoulos Law Group PLLC.  Attorney Anson graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 1995 and he is admitted to practice in New York and in the Federal Courts of the Eastern District of New York. As a Social Security Disability Attorney, he is able to represent Social Security Disability claimants in all 50 states as well as all United States territories. He has since represented thousands of disabled individuals at hearings locally as well as all across the United States.

Mr. Anson  started his legal career as a prosecutor, entered private practice in 1997. He specializes in advocacy for the rights of injured and disabled individuals in State and Federal Courts as well as before the Workers’ Compensation Board.

 Since 2000, attorney Anson’s focus has been on representing disabled workers in Workers’ Compensation claims, Social Security Disability, and Long-Term Disability cases.

Prior to joining the Grigoropoulos Law Group, Brian spent seven years representing Workers’ Compensation insurance carriers and is aware EXACTLY what to expect when fighting for his injured clients! He also has extensive experience with Workers’ Compensation claims, and their interplay with Social Security benefits. He brings nearly 25 years of client management, litigation, deposition, courtroom, settlement, and appellate practice experience to the Firm.
